Some herbal remedies simply cannot be rushed—and Sacred Calm is one of them. 🤎
This little bottle takes time to create because Ashwagandha needs time to properly extract its plant constituents into the glycerin. It sits, steeps, and develops slowly, giving the herbs time to release their goodness.

Sacred Calm combines three of my favorite herbs traditionally used in herbalism for supporting the body during times of stress:
🌿 Ashwagandha — One of the most well-known adaptogenic herbs, traditionally used to help the body adapt to physical and emotional stress. Herbalists often turn to Ashwagandha for nervous system support, resilience, restful sleep, energy, and overall endocrine and hormonal wellness.
🌾 Oat Straw — A beautiful nourishing nervine traditionally used to feed and restore an overworked nervous system. It’s especially loved during seasons of mental exhaustion, tension, overwhelm, and feeling completely depleted.
🌿 Holy Basil (Tulsi) — Sometimes called the Queen of Herbs, Holy Basil has a long history of traditional use for supporting stress resilience, mental clarity, emotional balance, and a healthy nervous system response.
Together, these herbs create a gentle daily blend intended to support the nervous system, stress response, emotional well-being, and healthy hormonal balance—especially when stress is taking its toll.
This isn’t a product I can whip up overnight.

So excited about my new products that will
be available Main Street Trade Days in La Porte this weekend!!! You can find me there the first Saturday of every month!
I have been using the anointing oil as a face oil after I wash my face.  every time I wash my face it just dries right out (probably age related 😭). Anyways- I have been LOVING the castor oil based anointing oil. It has officially replaced all my other skincare stuff. And it’s quick and easy, and my face feels SO SMOOTH once its all dry/set in. Also it has the most grounding smell, and since it’s on my face, I can smell it on the drive to work. NAILED IT 👏🏻
I finally have a restock available of a product that sold out almost immediately last time I made it. My Ashwagandha Calming Elixir! This one takes a longggg time to extract to make it nice and potent! It’s finally done and I bottled it up last night! I have been loving using this in my tea at night. I find I actually use it consistently if I put a few drops in whatever I am drinking. You can always just squeeze some in your mouth though! - Consistency is key with this one! You want the results? USE DAILY!

I blended castor oil and jojoba oil with frankincense and myrrh resin (double extracted) to create an oil that feels rich, silky, and deeply moisturizing. I swear hours later, my skin still feels so soft and hydrated and it has the most beautiful light and earthy scent.

Last night I had a dream about Trae. For those of you who don’t know; Trae, my stepson, passed away on April 22nd of this year. Most nights I pray to dream about him and ask him to come visit me. Most nights he’s not there. But last night he was. He was riding bikes with Jaxson and I in our neighborhood (something Jax and I have taken up together just recently). He had that big goofy smile where his whole face scrunches up. And the light was back on in his eyes. I woke up remembering every detail and feeling so grateful. It felt like he was telling me he was still with us for those moments.
On my way to the market this morning, I sang songs of praise, and felt not only God’s presence but I felt Trae’s too.
Today was officially my first time completely setting up and sitting my booth all by myself. I was extremely nervous, but also very excited. At the beginning of my set up I turned around to my table, and there was a dime. It wasn’t there before. I swear I turned back around and boom, a dime. I suppose I am not alone today after all. ✨
