1 - DON’T TOUCH! Girlfriend, that is freshly exfoliated skin and your hands are dirty. We don’t want to introduce bacteria and cause breakouts.
2 - No s*x or sweaty workouts for 24 hours. See #1.
3 - Avoid tight clothing. Tight clothing = friction = irritation.
And of course, 4 - Do your aftercare! Exfoliating 2-3 times a week and hydrating daily is so important to avoid ingrowns.
