Hands and feet will tell on a spray tan faster than anything else. Too dark. Too much product. Weird knuckles. Orange fingers. Blotchy wrists. We notice ALL of it.

And when there’s a ring involved? We’re even pickier.

Payton has been coming to Bronzed Belles for the last few months, and she came to us already very familiar with spray tanning and very particular about her hands. Which, quite frankly, we love. She also had some areas of dry skin we needed to work around, so every appointment has been about dialing in her color, prep and application for her skin.

Most of Payton’s appointments with us have been for bridal events, including this tan for her bridal shower this past weekend.

Bridal appointments have additional time and details built into the service because your wedding tan is going to be photographed from every possible angle, including a whole lot of close-ups of that left hand.

We use these dates to plan the Bronzed Belles schedule ahead of time and add extra availability during the weeks we know are going to be busy. The more dates we have now, the better we can make sure there’s enough room on the books when everyone starts scheduling their tans.

22 years ago, Bronzed Belles started with a sold show goat named Peppermint, a spray tan machine off Craigslist, and absolutely no idea what I was doing.

There was no Instagram strategy. No online booking. No beauty business blueprint to follow. I just knew I wanted to build something of my own.

And somehow, that turned into 22 years of Bronzed Belles.

Thousands of women have trusted us with their tans, their weddings, vacations, competitions, first dates, big events and the random Thursday they just needed to feel a little hotter.

We’ve watched the spray tan industry change completely. We’ve changed with it, learned more, gotten better, raised our standards and occasionally refused to follow whatever the internet decided was the new “right” way to spray tan that week.

But the reason we’re still here is pretty simple.
Results matter. How women feel when they leave our room matters more.
