Payton is our newest lash artist here at The Collective, and after having her with us for about a month now, we can honestly say she has been such a sweet addition to the salon.

She makes the drive all the way from Gainesville to be here, and we really do appreciate the commitment that takes. She is serious about building her business, growing her clientele, and creating a space where women can come in and leave feeling better than they did when they walked in.

Payton got into lashing because she remembered how good she felt the first time she had her own lashes done, and she wanted to be able to give that same feeling to other women. That says a lot about the kind of experience she wants to give her clients.

She is currently accepting new clients for lashes and needleless lip filler, so go show her some love, follow her page, and get on her books.

Bronzed Belles isn’t going anywhere, EVER 🖤

But after 11 years, one of our longest-running membership programs is.

For the past 11 years, we’ve offered the Premier Pass Unlimited Tans to clients who love keeping a consistent glow year-round. In all that time, we’ve only increased the membership price one time.

As Bronzed Belles continues to grow, we’ve reached a point where it’s time for our memberships to grow with us. That means the Premier Pass is officially entering its final enrollment.

From today through July 15, this will be the last opportunity to become a Premier Pass member. After that, enrollment closes permanently.

If you’re already a Premier Pass member, don’t panic. Nothing changes for you. You’ll keep your membership and your benefits as long as your membership remains active.

Salon Concierge + Owner’s Assistant
Opportunity to grow into Spray Tan Artist

We’re hiring for a key role inside a high-end, client-focused salon environment. This is not a “show up and hang out” position. This is for someone who takes pride in doing things right, keeping a space elevated, and supporting a fast-moving business.

You’ll be working directly alongside the owner and will play a major role in how the salon runs day to day.

What this role looks like:

• Greeting and assisting all salon clients with a polished, welcoming presence
• Maintaining the salon environment at all times: clean, stocked, organized, elevated
• Stocking beverages, retail, and backbar products
• Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and keeping displays on brand
• Completing a daily task list provided by the owner within your scheduled hours
• Assisting with light social media tasks: posting, content help, basic engagement
• Supporting salon flow so appointments run smoothly
• Helping with seasonal decor and overall salon presentation

Non-negotiables:
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent punctuality
• Ability to follow direction exactly as given
• Professional appearance (must follow salon dress standards and brand colors)
• This is a client-facing role, strong people skills are required
• No children at work
• Must be comfortable staying on task and working independently

You do not need:
• Prior spray tan or salon experience
We can train the right person.

You do need:
• Attention to detail
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to take feedback and adjust quickly
• A mindset of “what needs to be done” versus “what do I feel like doing”

Schedule + Position Details:
This is a part-time position with set, structured hours.

• You will not work Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays
• Hours are limited and consistent
• This role is best suited for someone looking for supplemental income, not a primary full-time position

There is strong potential for growth into a full-time role for the right person as the business expands and seasons shift.

Growth Opportunity:
For the right person, this role can lead into training as a spray tan artist.

We have one fully enclosed private suite available for day rentals only at The Collective Salon.

$55 per day, yours for the full calendar day. No time restrictions.

Designed for professionals who want privacy, control, and a polished environment without the commitment of a lease.

Ideal for:
• Lash artists
• Waxers
• Estheticians
• Hairstylists
• Makeup artists

What’s included:
• Fully enclosed private suite
• Mirror, chair, and floor mat
• Storage cabinet
• Access to esthetician bed if needed

Booking details:
• Available Tuesday through Saturday
• Must be reserved in advance
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your dates
• 10% off when you book 4+ days within the same month

For those wanting consistency, ask about priority booking for recurring weekly days.

This is our only suite offered at a day rate. Once dates are booked, they’re gone.

April, May, and June availability is now open.
