A Walt Stout Auction
Walt was exposed to the auction environment at an early age, attending auctions with his mother June Stout, a well-known antiques dealer in the tri-state area.
While many other auctioneers are now using an "on-line" platform, Walt Stout believes there is still a strong interest in the "live and on-site" auction, and he continues to conduct those types of auctions in the local area. A licensed auctioneer in PA, WV and Ohio, Walt graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in 2010, and worked exclusively with Jim Behm of Behm's Auction & Real Estate Service until 2020. You are invited to take a look at our upcoming auctions as they are posted. Come out and enjoy!

REAL ESTATE AUCTION
Wednesday, October 28, 2026 5:30 pm
Address: 50 First Ave., Rices Landing, PA
Location: East End of 2nd St. in Crucible, PA
From Crucible Road (SR 1017) turn onto 4th Avenue, then quick right on to Second Street. Go to the end of Second Street. Home is on the right on double lot. Follow "Walt Stout Auction signs" to the sale site.
We have been commissioned to sell a two-story frame home in Crucible. The home is currently a large, 4 bed, 1 bath, single family home. If desired, the structure could easily be converted into a duplex for rental purposes. This property would be a great opportunity for someone looking to invest in real estate allowing the remodeling of one side while the living in the other. Built in 1914 at the end of a quiet dead-end street, this Cumberland Township home sitting on two separately assessed lots, is move-in ready with just a few cosmetic updates. However, for someone looking for investment property, the matching second side with its own separate entrance, is ready for a full remodel to divide the home into two ample-sized living areas. The home is served by city water and sewer, has an oil furnace, 100-amp electric service, a newer 40-gallon water tank and LOW taxes.
The property will be offered, on location, at a “live” auction. There will also be prior & simultaneous “On-Line” bidding at:
