Renew: A Women’s Retreat

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Early bird registration has been extended through March 29. Take advantage of reduced rates during the early registration period. Cost is $45 during this period. The retreat will feature a variety of activities, including yoga, massages, sound bath therapy, and sessions designed to support your mind, body, and soul.

Attention ladies of the community:

Early registration for the Renew Women’s retreat remains open for two additional weeks and will conclude on March 22. The early registration fee is $45. Late registration will be available from March 23 through April 18 at a rate of $60. Participants are encouraged to register early to benefit from the reduced fee.

The event features eight workshops designed to renew your mind, body and soul. Lunch will be served by Chef Ed Ostlund, with menu options including Salmon Salad, Chicken Couscous, and Pork Polenta. Vegetarian selections will also be provided.

Our final featured workshop is designed to support participants in achieving improved well-being. Aging Partners will present “Healthy Diet and Setting Goals,” offering practical guidance on maintaining a balanced diet, interpreting nutrition fact labels, and effective goal-setting strategies. This session is particularly beneficial for individuals seeking reliable information on nutrition and dietary habits.

Today's featured workshop: Lisa Eckstrom will lead groups in creating hand-painted watermelon decorations, ideal for summer decor. Lisa, from Waverly, is a mother and grandmother who enjoys crafting and repurposing items found during her thrifting trips. She looks forward to seeing you all at the event.
