Hello! My name is Melissa and I am so excited to be joining the team!

I am a licensed esthetician who has a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. I also have my degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship, which has helped me combine my love for business with my passion for the beauty industry.

Outside of work you can find me spending time with loved ones and my furry friends. I love the color pink and anything sweet!

I am excited to continue to learn and grow, and most importantly to connect with all of you!

Hi, I’m Alicia Shelly! 🤍

Wife. Mama. Foster mama. Business owner. Cosmetologist. Sourdough-obsessed baker. Chicken keeper. Professional chaos coordinator. And somehow I still keep signing myself up for more things. 😂

I’m married to my best friend, Steven, and together we’re raising our beautifully chaotic crew of SIX kids—five of our own and one sweet foster little girl. Two older daughters, three younger boys, and a little one keeping us all on our toes. Basically, our house is loud, somebody always needs a snack, and there’s a 99% chance I’m reheating something I forgot about. 🤪

Family is EVERYTHING to me. My kids, my husband, my friends, and making memories with the people I love will always come first—even if those memories occasionally involve me yelling, “EVERYBODY GET IN THE CAR!” 😂

By trade, I’m a cosmetologist and specialize in lashes & brows. I own Maven Beauty Co., where I get to make women feel beautiful while simultaneously functioning as a therapist, hype woman, secret keeper, and professional listener. 💁🏼‍♀️✨

And because apparently one business wasn’t enough, I also own Little Cluckers Co. 🐓🥖 My cottage bakery is fueled by sourdough, fresh eggs, flour everywhere, very little counter space, and me convincing myself at midnight that I can definitely squeeze in “just one more batch.”

When I’m not at the salon or covered in flour, you’ll probably find me with my family and friends, taking care of chickens, working on some project I absolutely did NOT need to start, riding side-by-sides, snowmobiling, shopping for things I probably don’t need, or planning our next adventure.

And please don’t offer me coffee. 😂

I’m a Coca-Cola girl through and through. Give me an ice-cold Coke and suddenly I’m prepared to tackle all 847 things I decided needed to be done that day. 🥤

I love Jesus, my family, good food, good friends, baking, beauty, chickens, Wisconsin winters when there’s enough snow to ride, and a little bit of chaos. 🤍

My life isn’t quiet.
It isn’t perfectly organized.
And it DEFINITELY isn’t boring.

But it’s full of faith, family, laughter, flour, lashes, chickens, kids, adventures, a questionable number of projects…and a whole lot of love.

And I wouldn’t trade this crazy little life for anything. 🤍
