I’m moving to Nashville 🤍

A sentence I truly never thought I’d write.
I built a life I love here. My family, my clients, my roots. Wisconsin is home. I built an entire brand around being a Midwest girl because that’s exactly who I am — and leaving was never part of my plan.

But this year, I started praying a very honest prayer:
“Lord, whatever Your plan is for me, I’m more than happy with that. If this isn’t for me, take it off my heart. But if it is, keep reassuring me until I can’t deny it.”

People showed up — people who believed in me, encouraged me, spoke my name in rooms I wasn’t in, and gave me opportunities I never could have created on my own. Little by little, things started falling into place in ways I couldn’t ignore or have planned myself.

Maybe that’s what this season has been teaching me all along — faith isn’t always knowing where the road leads. Sometimes it’s simply trusting the One who’s leading you enough to take the next step.

So on October 22nd, I’m taking a leap of faith and moving to Nashville, Tennessee.
And Heartland Hair is coming with me.
I’ll be building my Nashville clientele for color, extensions & styling, while still coming home to take care of my Wisconsin girls approximately every 8 weeks. 🤍

My first Wisconsin return will be
Thanksgiving week, November 23–28,
as well as Christmas, December 17-30
at EIGHT Z E R O NINE SALON in Lake Geneva, WI.

Am I scared? Absolutely.
But somewhere along the way, my faith became greater than my fear. And I have this overwhelming feeling that someday I’m going to look back at this moment and understand why I had to be brave enough to take this leap.

Wherever it leads, whatever it looks like, I trust the Lord has a plan over my life.

Nashville, I’ll see you soon. 🤍

Heartland is a feeling of home — soft, feminine, a little country and rooted in nostalgia.

The little embroidered fawn feels especially close to home. Inspired by the deer in my own backyard and childhood memories of feeding them with my grandparents in Upper Michigan. 🦌

I’ve always thought the simple things are usually the prettiest — gathering outside with friends, long summer nights, worn-in denim, and those little moments that somehow end up meaning the most.

Heartland is inspired by mine, but made for wherever you call home.
