Chemical peels require proper aftercare, daily SPF and limited sun exposure. Results and treatment recommendations vary by individual.

If you do NOTHING else for your skin… Please do these two things: Antioxidants + SPF.

Think of your antioxidant as your skin’s defense and your SPF as its shield.

✨ Antioxidants help protect your skin from oxidative stress caused by UV exposure, pollution, and other environmental stressors that contribute to premature aging, dullness, and uneven pigmentation.

☀️ SPF should be worn 365 days a year.
Yes, in the winter. Yes, when it’s cloudy. And YES, even if you work indoors or work from home.

Why? Because UVA rays, the rays largely responsible for premature skin aging and pigmentation, are present throughout the year and can pe*****te through window glass. So sitting near windows, driving in your car, or spending your workday in a room with natural light can still contribute to cumulative UV exposure over time.

And remember: UV damage is cumulative. It’s not only about preventing a sunburn today—it’s about protecting your skin from the small amounts of exposure that add up over the years.

You can spend hundreds of dollars on corrective serums, facials, peels, and treatments, but if you’re not protecting your skin every day, you’re making your skincare work SO much harder.

A 10-step routine isn’t necessary.

☀️ Broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every. single. day.
