Our Children's Sound Bath for ages 4-13 is held every Sunday at 3:15pm
Followed by our Adult Sound Bath ages 14+ every Sunday at 4pm

In these sessions Sound Space ocferes live meditative music inside The Salt Cave of Alaska, offering space to simply reset 🥰

Have you ever wondered why the salt cave feels so different from a sauna or steam room?

Halotherapy uses dry salt aerosol, as opposed to steam, heat, or moisture, for our relaxation benefits! We keep our room extra dry as salt is water soluble and breaks down under humidity.

This dry salt is ground into a microscopic powder that is diffused into the room to then be inhaled into the respiratory tract or allowed to settle on the skin!
