Today was a day for my blondie babes. 🩷

Fall isn’t just for dark hair babes. 🤍

I graduated from Warsaw High School in 2011, and I never imagined that all these years later, I’d be receiving an award from the same school district I grew up in.

Tonight, Generations Hair Studio was recognized by the Warsaw School District for giving back to our community through free back-to-school haircuts and school supply donations over the past three years.

As someone who attended Warsaw from 5th grade through graduation, this one means a little extra to me. What started as simply wanting to use my business to help local kids and families has turned into something I’m incredibly proud of.

I’m so thankful to be able to give back to the community that helped raise me, and having Generations Hair Studio recognized for it tonight was such a special full-circle moment. 💚🖤

Jessica Cox Agency – Shelter Insurance & Generations Hair Studio are teaming up to help make sure no one in our community goes cold this winter. 🤍

We’re collecting new or gently used coats, hats, gloves & mittens for those who need a little extra warmth this season. All donations will be given directly to local schools and shelters, keeping them right here in our community.

If you have winter gear sitting in a closet that your family has outgrown or no longer uses, we would LOVE to give it a new home. Even one coat can make a difference. 🫶🏼

I swear, I have the best job in the world. So many of you have gone from clients in my chair to genuine friends, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully explain how much that means to me. I truly love what I do.

Got this little lady ready for her first day of school tomorrow! 🤍

20+ kids (I lost count) are going back to school feeling a little more confident. Thank you to everyone who sponsored a child.

I also want to thank all the parents that were patient with me during this. I know it was kind of chaos there for a little bit.

✏️✂️ BACK-TO-SCHOOL HAIRCUTS ARE TODAY! ✂️✏️

Today is the day! 🤍 I’ll be offering FREE back-to-school haircuts for kids in need from 1–5 PM!

A few things to know before you come:

🎒 First come, first served — no appointment needed!
✂️ I will take my LAST kid at 4:45 PM.
🔒 The doors will LOCK at 5:00 PM because this mama has to get her little guy from daycare on time! 🤍
🫧 CLEAN & COMPLETELY DRY HAIR IS A MUST! This helps me keep the line moving and serve as many kiddos as possible.
📸 Inspiration pictures are preferred, but definitely not required!
🚗 Salon space is limited. Depending on how busy we are, you may need to wait outside or in your vehicle until there’s room inside.

And most importantly: THIS IS A JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE. 🤍

I don’t care about your circumstances, why you’re here, or whether you think someone else “needs it more.” If getting your kiddo a haircut before school would help take one thing off your plate, COME SEE ME. That is exactly why I’m doing this.

My only goal today is to help some kiddos walk into their school year feeling fresh, confident, and GOOD about themselves. 🥹✂️📚
