Heads up...an air pressure change is likely Thursday into Friday. This could lead to an increase in aches and pains. Not everyone is impacted the same from these weather changes, but those that get migraines, have arthritis, fibromyalgia, or neuropathic conditions are much more susceptible. The air pressure drop will also come with rain and clouds especially early Friday morning.

🗺️ Your lymphatic system has a map—and understanding that map matters.

The surface of the body is divided into lymphatic territories. Each territory contains a network of tiny lymphatic vessels that generally guide fluid toward specific groups of lymph nodes.

The boundaries between these territories are known as lymphatic watersheds. They help determine where lymph normally travels—but these pathways are not completely isolated. Connections between territories may allow fluid to be redirected when normal drainage routes are overwhelmed, damaged, or disrupted by surgery, radiation, injury, or disease.

This is one reason lymphatic treatment must be individualized. Effective drainage is not simply about moving fluid “upward.” It requires an understanding of:

• Which territory is affected
• Where its lymph normally drains
• Whether that pathway is available
• Where fluid may be safely redirected
• How deeper lymphatic structures influence surface drainage

Nothing works in isolation. The lymphatic system communicates with every tissue and every body system, helping maintain fluid balance, support immune surveillance, transport fats, and clear cellular waste.
