I am noticing that I am not getting as many appointments bc I have a shop in my house. And I’ll say this….thats perfectly okay. I love my clients! They are amazing, however, I do not do hair enough to consistently pay anywhere between $125-$350 a week to be in a shop. If that means I loose opportunities, it is what it truly is! Who is for me is for me! What is for me is for me!

Growth is realizing AND being okay that not everyone is meant to sit in my chair to get their hair done. Our people will try their best to cut the price by any means necessary. Be wanting you to repair, add, multiply, divide and style for $65. Sorry, not me. And if that means I lose clients, that means those clients weren’t meant to remain my clients. And that’s okay too!
