We opted to correct her tonal imbalances and restore hydration and nutrients by using a corrective color method with Demi-permanent coloring. We love her length, and would even desire longer hair for her, so we used restorative cutting techniques to maximize retained length while correcting the butchered baseline and gutted out layers.

🌟Avoiding haircuts because you want your hair to grow longer? Neglected ends will never be the pathway for long, strong, beautiful healthy hair. Let’s get into the solution:

⭐️Haircuts help. You don’t want to lose your gains! Although it seems counterintuitive, trimming your hair while growing it out will actually encourage hair’s lengthy gains by getting rid of any damaged, broken, or split ends. Hair that has straggly ends may grow from the root, but will never appear longer. Rodger performs a “dust the ends” cutting procedure to eliminate weak, damaged ends while maintaining all the longness of the length of the hair. These haircuts utilize Prismatics Shape Theory
to make hair appear longer. Regularly timed trims eliminate the “halo” in this video and the need to cut inches off.

⭐️Foods can promote hair growth. Certain foods can help accelerate the hair-growth process. Eating foods rich in iron, meat proteins, and taking the supplements on our recommended list can really work to promote a healthy hair growing environment. Adversely, sugar and processed foods can sabotage your hair growth goals.

⭐️Heat styling can mess with your length. Heat styling with a flat iron or curling iron can break the strands you’re working so hard to grow. As much as possible, find a way to finish style your hair without heat. And always keep your tools at 320° or less.

⭐️It’s OK to skip a wash. If you wash your hair every day, you MAY be removing natural oils that can nourish your scalp. Be sure to boar bristle your scalp and hair between shampoos.

⭐️Your scalp needs extra TLC. When you do wash your hair, it’s important to focus only on your scalp. Massaging your scalp with your fingertips helps to stimulate the hair follicles while distributing your cleanser. Focusing your shampooing exclusively on the scalp, and the entire scalp leaves the delicate ends unabraised.
