Park Avenue Esthetics was founded in 2017 by Dr. Anace Said and Nada Shaarbaf. Their goal was to create a medical spa where Wallingford residents could achieve their beauty goals without breaking the bank. We've been steadily growing since then, constantly adding new services and improving our technology. We look forward to helping you feel confident, ready to take on the world!

To ensure informed consent and the best possible experience, all patients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign consent for treatment.
If a parent or guardian is unable to be present at the appointment, we do have a form that may be signed prior to the appointment.
If you have any questions before your visit, we’re always happy to help.

We understand that life happens and schedules change! To ensure we can accommodate all of our patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Our updated late cancellation & no-show fees are:
• Monday–Friday: $75
• Saturday: $150
• XERF appointments: $150
