Boy oh boy does life get busy!! I just wanted to let my clients know I’m taking a vacation over Halloween, and with Christina Cook enjoying her vacation now I’m booking into the second week of November in Walhalla. Massage therapy isn’t just about letting go, it’s about enjoying the moment, and allowing yourself to just be.

Some sessions it’s the music that takes you away, the stories you tell, or the quiet that settles in. Just being takes you to a place of peace while allowing yourself to slow down.

To say I was happy to get my heated scrapers yesterday in the mail would be an understatement. I was ecstatic!!

Having tools to help with massage saves not only my hands and body, but it saves my clients from the intense work.

If you come to me you know after our consultation cupping, and stretching are my jam because my goal is to keep you moving. Don’t forget your goals for massage are important too!

With these new tools we can increase blood flow in those stubborn areas as the heat creates what is called vasodilation. That helps tissue repair, can reduce pain, and relaxes the muscles.

Working with intention is something I believe in, and thanks to my wonderful clients I get to do that everyday!!

My massage table has so many uses!! It’s a desk, a table for folding, snacking, demonstrating stretches, and my personal favorite naps.

As a massage therapist continuing education is an amazing experience where we come together to learn from the instructor, and one another to provide better care for our clients.

This weekend James Waslaski is teaching manual therapy to eliminate multiple nerve compression patterns of the upper and lower body.

Getting back to the roots of my education, Elite Massage Academy, LLC is hosting this class. Walking through the doors brings back memories of all the steps that got me to where I am today.

Believing in the good, striving to do the best, and carrying the concept that knowledge is power when it comes to easing pain. That foundation makes caring for each client worth it every time!
