Hold Fast Wellness

Did you know we offer functional health labs at HFW? 🧪✨

Your health is personal, and your lab work should be, too!

At Hold Fast Wellness, we offer in-office lab draws to help take a closer look at your individual health needs and wellness goals.

So, what happens next?

🩺 Personalized Review: Your lab results are personally reviewed by our medical director, who evaluates your results and determines the appropriate plan of care for you.

🔬 No One-Size-Fits-All Approach: We don’t believe in standard treatment plans for everyone. Your treatment recommendations are based on your individual lab results and clinical assessment.

📝 A Plan Designed for You: After reviewing your labs, our medical director develops your personalized treatment plan and determines which therapies, if any, are appropriate for your needs.

From in-office lab draws to a provider-directed plan, we’re here to help you take a more personalized approach to your wellness.

Feeling extra grateful for Hold Fast Wellness today.

God has opened so many doors for us, connected us with incredible patients and families, and allowed us to keep growing in ways I never could have planned on my own.

I’m especially thankful for the patients, friends and family who constantly encourage me, remind me why we started, and keep believing in what we’re building, even on the hard days when I feel like throwing in the towel and giving up.

HFW truly is a passion of mine. I’m incredibly blessed to have a husband who sacrificed 21 years serving our country and now has an amazing career that provides for our family. Because of that, I get to pour so much of myself into something I genuinely love AND we GET to give back to our community in ways that mean so much to us!!

But make no mistake…blessed doesn’t mean I don’t work my ass off 😂 I pour in more hours, energy, thought and heart into HFW than most people will ever see behind the scenes. And I do it because I believe in what we’re building and in the PEOPLE we get to serve.

There is still so much ahead for HFW, and I’m incredibly thankful for what we’ve built, who we get to serve and where we’re headed.

God has been so good to us 🤍

And through it all, we will continue to live by our slogan set from the very beginning — Be the Best Version of You — day in and day out, even on the hard days.

When Landon’s friends know exactly who to text when they’re not feeling their best 😂

A quick trip to HFW, an IV, and a few hours later… “Feeling any better?” YES !!!!

We love taking care of our people!!!

📣 Exciting news from Hold Fast Wellness!

We’ve lowered the pricing on many of the services you know and love - including IV Therapy, the Hold Fast Shot, Peptides & more! We’re committed to making it a little easier to prioritize your health and wellness. 🩵

And while the price may be lower, our standards haven’t changed. We’re still using the same trusted products and reputable pharmaceutical partners you know and expect from Hold Fast Wellness.

Same quality services. Same personalized care. Same Hold Fast standards.

Now at a better price.

Okay… we can finally tell you SOME of what’s coming. 👀✨

LASER HAIR REMOVAL is coming to Hold Fast Wellness!

But when we say laser hair removal, we’re talking about an entirely different level than what you may traditionally think of as laser hair removal.

The technology coming to HFW can do SO much more—and hair removal is only the beginning. 🤍

We’re not revealing everything just yet, but trust us… you’re going to want to stay tuned.

New technology. New services. A whole new level of HFW.

They’re here!!!

We’re so excited to officially introduce the first part of "Hold Fast Gives Back".

Wristbands are $10 each, and 100% of every $10 will go directly to the China Spring ISD Education Foundation Education Foundation.

That means every wristband helps support our local students, teachers and schools through things like teacher grants, student scholarships and educational opportunities right here in China Spring.

Giving back has always been one of my favorite parts of Hold Fast Wellness, and we love that this gives our community a way to be part of it with us.

You can grab yours at Hold Fast Wellness, where all forms of payment are accepted.

And if you see us out and about in our amazing community, ask us for one! We’re making it a point to keep a few with us — cash or Venmo works when you catch us on the go.

Hold Fast Gives Back....
Supporting our students. Supporting our teachers. Supporting our community.
