The audio says it all! So everyone knows I’m the prep queen. I prepare the hair before the appointments, I prepart whole head before braiding, I plug in before braiding down…. I truly do everything step by step! But lately, I’ve been braiding down as I plug in because listen ladies, I don’t have the assistance I use to & I HATE DOING YOUR WHOLE HEAD AND HAVE TO GO RIGHT BACK TO BRAID DOWN. I’M GUILTY!! I was spoiled having help! My clients loved the time frame , the consistency throughout the braid, most importantly they loved knowing I wasn’t being over worked. I’m stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Should I go back to hiring a full time assistant or should I rock out like I’ve been??? For most clients, they’ve missed one of my assistants a little too much 😂 but hey I’m here for it! I got this far can’t give up now 🤷🏾♀️
