A Monday wedding?!! YES PLEASE!!

I looove a weekday wedding! It feels like I’m cheating! It’s such a fun lil bonus to my usual weekend weddings 🫶🏼

Ya’ll died over this MOB glam just like I did, so here’s a breakdown of the look!

It was my first time trying a MAKEUP BY MARIO cream eyeshadow and I LOVED it. It’s definitely bring permanent added to my kit 👏🏼

Pay attention to the time IN BETWEEN clients 👀

I do think the time between clients is ✨OFTEN✨ overlooked. I schedule 5 minutes between each person for sanitizing/cleaning, bathroom breaks, and any delays from the next client.

Some delays that might happen:

- bridesmaid wants to use the bathroom
- or brush their teeth
- is finishing steaming their dress
- is finishing lunch
- needs to change into their getting ready outfit
- is handling a private call
- needs to pump

Small delays are INEVITIBLE and completely ok as long as we plan for them- and I do 💅🏼

However, I will start at the time needed to ensure you have a relaxing morning with no one rushing anyone else 🫶🏼

Everyone was so excited, asked kindly for adjustments, and kept a supportive and positive atmosphere for the bride!

I’m not normally one to stay until the end, but this MOB was the BEST. I could make an entire video just of her 👏🏼

I didn’t meet Alyssa until today!! She trusted me enough just from what she saw on my page to fly me to Maine 😭 like WHAT?!

I sent her a makeup questionnaire before I arrived so I could have an idea of her overall style, but today was the first time I’m actually doing her makeup!

I knew from her answers and inspo photos that we were going to be two peas in a pod 👯‍♀️

Even though I felt confident she would like it, I was still anxious that I’d live up to the hype she might have had in her head 😅 It was a breath of relief after I handed her the mirror!
