📞 Phone Number Update

I recently discovered there has been an issue with the JoRay’s Creations business phone line. For some reason, calls were being forwarded to my personal number, while voicemails were being filtered into my spam folder.

Unfortunately, that means I didn’t know some of you had tried to reach me. If you’ve called the salon and haven’t received a response, I sincerely apologize! I would never intentionally leave a client hanging.

I believe I’ve gotten the issue resolved and am keeping a close eye on things to make sure calls and voicemails are coming through properly.

If you’ve recently tried to contact JoRay’s Creations and haven’t heard back, please reach out again so I can make sure you’re taken care of.

I’m very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️
