Bodylogic

Another excellent long weekend of hands on learning in Advanced Myofascial Training.

Two, 8 hour days of techniques and a deeper understanding of the Foot, Ankle, Leg, and how to treat them. Plus a full 8 hour day of class on Ribs.

It was such a good learning experience and lovely to deepen old professional connections and make new ones.

Chris Pohowsky, Til Luchau and the Advanced-Trainings.com crew are phenomenal. My CAMT1 credentials will be completed in 6 months or so!

Take advantage of the lovely weather any chance you get. On the Mohican River last weekend with the fam.

We're back
All good.

We've unexpectedly been without power all day. The reason? Unexplained.

Mon Power - First Energy is really disappointing us in resolution.

We are here, and we'll get it sorted.

Thank you for your understanding.

We are running all our HEPA filters to help mitigate our air in the building.

But 2 industrial fires, in the same place, a few years apart? I think it's high time we enforce our regulations.

Stop packing these aging warehouses so tightly. Enforce fire prevention. Stop voting for these "deregulation" candidates. Enforce the laws on the industries. Stop looking at the quick dollar and start thinking about what we leave for our children to clean up.

Prevention is far less expensive than clean up.

In both our personal lives and the earth on which we depend.

Hello all you lovely people. I thought I'd take a moment to share some frustrations with you in the world of AI bot reviews. Take a look at this.

This "review" is now on nearly every West Virginia Massage Provider's Google page.

batched by a bot accusing us of offering 'NURU' massage... Blah blah... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ANYWAYS

It's or 20th year in business. If we've treated you right, leave us a review on Google or Yelp, or wherever you look for recommendations.

We sure do appreciate it.
