You train too hard to let poor recovery hold you back. 🔥
Train hard.
Recover harder.
Move better.
Perform better.
Create wins. 🏆
Sports massage isn’t a luxury when performance is the goal.
Recover like you compete.

YOU’RE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR TRAINING. YOUR RECOVERY SHOULD MATCH IT. 🔥
One massage when everything hurts can help you feel better.
But consistent recovery changes the way you move through your entire training cycle.
Weekly or bi-weekly recovery gives us the opportunity to work with your body before tightness, restricted movement, and accumulated training stress start interfering with what you’re trying to accomplish.
That can mean:
🔥 Better mobility and freedom of movement
🔥 Less accumulated tension from week to week
🔥 Better recovery between hard training sessions
🔥 Addressing restrictions before they start affecting movement patterns
🔥 More productive training because your body is ready to work
🔥 Consistency instead of constantly stopping to deal with what hurts
🔥 A body that feels prepared for the demands you keep placing on it
Because the goal isn’t to get you off my table feeling good for a few hours.
The goal is to help you stay ready for your next training session, your next PR, your next competition and ultimately, your next WIN. 🏆
And there’s another benefit:
Your recovery is already handled.
Same day.
Same time.
Your spot.
No remembering to book. No hoping I have an opening when you finally need me.
I’m opening ONE weekly and ONE bi-weekly recurring recovery spot.
Once those two athletes claim them, they’re off the schedule.
If your training is consistent, it might be time your recovery was too.
DM me RECOVERY to claim your spot. 🔥
We may work in wellness… but please don’t confuse that with having our lives together(all the time). 😂
I still grab a Bull sometimes.
I’ll occasionally eat the Sour Punch Straws.(🍓🫶🏼)
And yes, I canceled my F45 class last minute this morning. 🤦🏽♀️😂 (Ima make it up this afternoon though!)
But one thing I don’t skip anymore? Recovery.
Funny enough, I used to be the massage therapist who only got a massage when I needed one.
Translation: My body was already screaming at me. 🗣️🚨
Then I went through a season where I started getting massage weekly.
And THAT changed my perspective.
I felt the difference between using massage to fix a problem…
and using it consistently so my body could actually keep up with what I was asking it to do.
Now imagine adding competition training to the equation.
Running. Lifting. Practices. Games. WODs. Miles. Reps. PR attempts.
Your body is taking on WAY more than everyday stress.
So why are we waiting until something hurts to recover?
Routine recovery can look completely different depending on your sport, training schedule, goals, and what your body needs. It might be weekly. It might be twice a month. It might change as competition gets closer.
That’s the part I love figuring out with my athletes. 🔥
If you’ve never had an actual recovery plan on your training calendar, jump into my DMs and tell me what you’re training for.
Let’s see what recovery could look like for YOU. 🏆
My Athlete Ambassadors just GET IT. 🔥
They train hard, but they know training is only part of the equation.
They value their body because it’s the vehicle that gets them to the PR, the podium, the medal, the next level.
They prioritize recovery because they understand that how well they recover impacts how well they can train.
They see the competitive advantage in moving better, recovering faster, and showing up ready to perform.
And most importantly?
They COMMIT.
Not just when something hurts.
Not just before competition.
Not when it’s convenient.
They commit to recovery the same way they commit to their training.
Because when you have big goals, recovery isn’t an afterthought. It’s part of the plan. 🏆
That’s what it means to be an RPM Athlete Ambassador.
Train with purpose. Recover with purpose. Create wins.

🔥 PERFORMANCE IS MY PASSION. BIG GOALS ARE MY FUEL.
There’s something different about working with competitive athletes who aren’t just training to participate… they’re training to WIN.
That’s exactly why I created the RPM Athlete Ambassador Program.
It gives me the opportunity to collaborate with competitive athletes throughout their training and competition season to help them:
🔥 Recover faster
🔥 Perform better
🔥 Move toward bigger PRs, podiums & wins
And Ambassadors get perks you won’t find on my regular schedule, including exclusive access to Saturday booking.
That’s why I’m here today, getting a football player ready to do what he does best. 🏈💪
Think you have what it takes to be an RPM Athlete Ambassador?
Comment RPM and I’ll send you the application. 🔥
You’re not training just to finish. You’re training to get faster, stronger, and harder to beat. 🏃🔥
But mile after mile adds up.
Tight hips. Heavy legs. Shortened stride. That one area that starts talking around mile 6 and gets louder the longer you go.
At RPM Therapy, recovery is built around the demands you’re putting on your body, so you can move better, recover between training sessions, and keep building mileage without feeling like every run is fighting the last one.
Because the goal isn’t just to feel better after a massage.
It’s to show up to your next run ready to perform.
Chasing a new PR, a faster pace, or your next finish line?
Your recovery should be training for it too. 🏆

Plot twist… your muscles don’t care how strong I am. 👀
When I first started working with bigger, stronger athletes, it would have been easy to think getting results meant I needed to work harder, push deeper, or somehow overpower the muscle.
But I’ve learned something completely different.
The more I learned to stop fighting the muscle, the faster I started seeing change.
Instead of forcing tissue to give me what I want, I’ve learned techniques that help me recognize why the body is holding tension in the first place and work with it in a way that allows it to change.
And THAT has changed the way I do sports massage.
Less fighting.
Less forcing.
More listening to what the body is actually telling me.
And some of the changes I’m seeing in mobility, movement, and recovery in a single session have surprised even me.
So no…this 5’3”, 128 lb massage therapist does not need to wrestle a defensive tackle. 😂
I just needed to learn a better way to get his muscles to cooperate.
Massage therapists…if you’re wondering what I’m doing differently lately, you should be. 👀
Athletes…chasing a new PR, a podium, or your next medal? Your next move might be onto my table. 🔥

What if the thing holding back your next PR… isn’t your training?
It’s your recovery.
Most serious athletes obsess over training programs, nutrition, supplements, and gear.
But one of the biggest performance gaps I see isn’t in the gym…
It’s the complete absence of a structured recovery program.
Recovery isn’t just about feeling less sore.
It’s about restoring mobility, improving movement quality, reducing compensation patterns, maintaining power output, and showing up to every training session with a body that’s actually ready to perform.
The athletes who consistently improve aren’t just the ones who train the hardest.
They’re the ones who recover intentionally.
Sometimes the difference between finishing in the middle of the pack and standing on the podium isn’t another workout…
It’s a better recovery strategy.
So here’s the question:
If recovery could improve your performance, how much potential are you leaving on the table by not prioritizing it?
If you’re serious about competing at your highest level and want to learn what a personalized recovery program could do for your performance, Comment or DM me “PODIUM.”
Let’s talk about what your body is capable of when recovery becomes part of your training plan.

The belief that another massag therapist can “steal your client” is wild to me!
People have preferences, from pressure, modality, space, smells, location, pricing, personality, skill set…..there are so many reasons someone chooses you as THEIR massage therapist!
I know I’m not for everyone and honestly everyone is not for me!
I love knowing my fellow massage therapists in my area so I can refer out! Because, did you know a therapist that doesn’t take your money and refers you out for a better fit is going to make a HUGE impression on a person. So you are now in their mind as a possible therapist for their friends, family, colleges, etc.
We truly are better able to serve our communities when we know each other and understand who and how everyone serves their clients!
I refer clients to other therapists literally daily! And I would love to get to know you!🫶🏼
