🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀
At Lone Star Aesthetics, we believe taking care of yourself goes far beyond what you see in the mirror. This month is an important reminder to prioritize your health, know your body, and stay on top of recommended screenings.
We honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and stand beside every family whose life has been touched by breast cancer. 🩷

☕✨ Happy International Coffee Day from Lone Star Aesthetics! ✨☕
For many of us, coffee is more than a drink—it’s the little ritual that officially starts the day. But your morning cup has quite a story behind it.
Coffee’s roots trace back to Ethiopia, while evidence of coffee being roasted and brewed much like we know it today appears in Yemen by the 15th century. From there, coffee culture spread through the Middle East and eventually around the world.
A few coffee facts to sip on:
☕ International Coffee Day is October 1. The International Coffee Organization chose the date in 2014, and the first official global celebration took place in 2015 in Milan, Italy.
🌎 Coffee connects an enormous global community—from growers and harvesters to roasters, baristas, businesses and, of course, all of us who happily drink it.
🌱 Up to 25 million coffee-farming households produce about 80% of the world’s coffee, according to figures highlighted by the United Nations.
✨ And in 2026, the United Nations officially designated October 1 as International Coffee Day, recognizing coffee’s economic, social, cultural and environmental importance around the world.
So today we’re raising our cups to the drink that has fueled conversations, mornings, businesses—and probably more than a few busy days at Lone Star Aesthetics. 🤎

Today I’m stepping away from skincare, injectables, and all things aesthetics for a moment to celebrate one of the greatest blessings in my life—my son, Logan.
Watching you grow from that little boy into the young man you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. No matter how old you get, I’ll always see pieces of that little boy in you, and I’ll always be your biggest supporter.
I’m incredibly proud of the person you’ve become—your independence, your work ethic, your sense of humor, and the way you’re building a life of your own. Being your mom will forever be one of my favorite and most important titles. 🤍
The years really do go by much too quickly. So today, I’m sharing a few of my favorite photos and memories of the boy who made me a mom.

Today, we honor Native American Day ❤️🪶

A day to recognize, celebrate, and appreciate the rich histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Native American peoples across generations.

A few facts worth remembering:

🪶 Native American communities are incredibly diverse — each Tribal Nation has its own unique history, traditions, language, and culture.

🌽 Many foods we enjoy today have deep Indigenous roots, including corn, beans, squash, pumpkins, tomatoes, potatoes, and cacao.

🗣️ Native languages have been passed down for generations and remain an important part of preserving culture, identity, and history.

🇺🇸 Native Americans have served in the U.S. military at high rates throughout American history. During World War II, Native Code Talkers, including the famous Navajo Code Talkers, used their languages to help transmit secure military communications.

🌎 Indigenous peoples have long held extensive knowledge of agriculture, medicine, land stewardship, wildlife, and the natural environment.

Today is more than a celebration — it is an opportunity to listen, learn, appreciate, and honor the Native communities whose cultures and traditions continue to thrive today.
