I perform swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and sports massage. I use muscle blades and cups (cupping).
Cupping is such an underrated massage tool. I can use the cups to lift soft tissue and pin the tight muscle while I work on another muscle then lengthen the limb using the cups in a pin and stretch motion.
