Soaps for Days handmade soap

Soap for Milkshake Days is scented with American Cream fragrance, a Lush dupe which is modeled after a 1950s American diner milkshake. The scent profile includes honey, vanilla, strawberry, clary sage, lavender and warm woods. I hope it doesn’t turn any darker. I made it a week ago.

The 2026 Apple Country Fair is winding down, and what a day it’s been! A perfect fall day, the lure of scratch apple pies and local apples, live music, and community spirit were the recipe for a successful day! 🍎🍏🥧🎶🎤 And I had visitors! 🥰

These wedding favors for my daughter’s dear friends were a labor of love, but omg very time consuming. 😳. The bride & groom picked out the colors and scents. One of the fragrance orders was broken in shipment. I'll bet the truck smelled great, but it caused a serious delay. We gotter done in time, the ceremony was last Saturday, their guests loved the soaps, and now it’s time to get busy on Christmas soaps! 🧼 🎄

Fall is in the air at the 5th Annual Artisans Fair at Forbes Library in Northampton, MA! I love this town! The selection of interesting, high quality work here is well suited to the crowd!

Soap for Warm & Fuzzy Days is scented with Vanilla Sweater fragrance, a sophisticated comfort scent that moves beyond simple sweetness, blending creamy vanilla bean with the luxurious, velvety texture of white cashmere. Good vanilla scents that don’t turn soap dark brown are hard to find. This is a winner! 🏆

Today’s MetroWest Craft Fair was delightful and crazy busy! I hope it was a very successful fundraiser for the cat shelter. Thanks to Cheryl, Kristen and the many other volunteers who donated their efforts! See you next year!

I had my wings clipped this week, so I won’t be able to participate in Suffield on the Green this weekend. Ok, it’s really just a knee injury. I’ll miss seeing all the familiar faces that I see year after year. But I must follow doctor’s orders and rest, which is not easy for me. Then I can add butter! 🪰🧈🦋

Today’s “Arts on Main” event in Coventry was lovely! The First Congregational Church, built in 1847, hosted the craft fair, while other activities took place up and down Main Street. The weather was a perfect 10, but I didn’t mind being inside and skipping the tent setup. 😉. Two more months of outdoor events!

Soap for Leaf Peeping Days is scented with Applejack & Peel fragrance, a mix of cinnamon, clove, apple, nutmeg, peach, orange, cinnamon and clove sitting on base notes of maple, vanilla, cream, and musk. Very fall! 🍁🍎
