Had a beautiful opportunity to speak + teach about end of life zoning, hospice zoning or what I call the great transition zone. I am forever grateful to Heidi McKay for inviting me into her incredible community to share my story on how that started, and what a huge part it is of my foot zoning practice furthermore my life. I am eternally thankful for the families that have allowed me to be a part of such an important time of life and gave me special permission to share about their loved ones. 🤍
Jessica & Heidi are top notch humans that have assisted me greatly with being my sounding board, giving me pep talks on the hard days and being my cheerleaders yelling so LOUDLY for me and what I do. My heart to yours!🤍

When I foot zone a newborn, I’ll singing or hum to them, to you. I tell them how LOVED they are, how much their mama + families WANTED them to be here, how much JOY they brought into this world.
Its always amazes me how tiny their feet are and how much gratitude I have to be included in your families journey on this moving rock moving around in space.
Wither you’re a newborn or a middle age person that sits in my chair, know how LOVED you are, how WANTED you are, how much JOY you bring by being here. I mean that with my whole heart!
