If you’re worried about your license—don’t panic! History shows us that when healthcare fields elevate degrees, current clinicians get grandfathered in (your active license stays protected!).
My real take? I LOVE the vision for autonomy in nursing homes and schools… but until we fix dental insurance reimbursement, a mandatory doctorate is an economic trap for future students. 💸
