Kathleen’s Natural Balance

Charlotte is helping the plants grow🤣
Well there was room for her plus sun and soil.
Perfect place🤣

May you find a smile or laughter to lighten your load in this moment.

Think about this…
A Course in Miracles (and so many other teachings) say:
I can be hurt by nothing but my thoughts.
The other day I had a real-time choice:
1. Let the trigger pull me into anger
2. Let the trigger open me to a new perception
I chose option 2.
I simply recognized the trigger…
and decided to experience something new instead.
Magic happened.
It takes practice.
Then more practice.
Then even more practice.
But one day you start to feel different.
Try it.
And tell me if you feel the shift.

This glow, gone in a flash!
Replaced by showers.
Reminds me of appreciation for both.
The morning glow and showers to clear the way for a new bright day!
May you be blessed with the glow to flow.

Wishing you blessings today.
May light fill you
May light guide you

Time in nature grounds us.
Brings us back to our roots.
In that quiet, deep appreciation settles in—
and life flows a little easier when we’re centered.

What do you see?
I see a full moon encased in love❤️

See what you see and enjoy😀

I received this card last night ✨

“Obstacles are detours in the right direction.”

Feeling stuck or facing challenges right now?

Maybe they’re not blocking your path — maybe they’re gently guiding you toward something better.

What if every obstacle is just a detour leading you exactly where you’re meant to be?

A shift in perspective shifts your energy⚡️

Sunset fun❤️
An ocean sunset view fills my soul.
I will never tire of enjoying sunset views.
A daily gift I enjoy with thanks 😊

Some books are timeless and come to us as reminders.
Miracles ARE everywhere, it is how you perceive.
Gratitude and appreciation for the little things.
Life is a blessing.
Miracles are all around.
The breath, the beating of your heart are nothing short of miraculous.

May today be the day you awaken to the miracle of you❤️
