Did you know I have different boosters AND can adjust the table so that YOU are comfortable?!? Your comfort is priority. If ever there is anything you would like changed (pressure, table temp, bolster size, table adjusted, music, etc) please speak up! I tend to do things how I like but certainly can adjust for you ♥️ as we go in to the holidays, make sure you are taking care of you!

Happiest of to all of you! I hope this week has been kind to you. Are you remembering to fill your own cup? Self care is super important, but also easy to forget. Some of you know, some of you don’t. I will be out of office for medical procedures two different days. I’m unsure how long I’ll actually be out of office, but if I need to reschedule anyone else, I will reach out. If you are waiting to be booked, I am still working on it! It’s tough rearranging a schedule that has been set for the year 🥴 thanks for understanding and super big thanks for supporting my small business. You mean the world to me! also enjoy the sunrise from this morning 9/23
