Hi guys, I’m Lucy Selanoff—owner of Sky’s Skin LLC and co-owner of Quad Shot Espresso!

I’m 21 years old and have known Valdez my whole life, while also calling Nanwalek, Alaska home—small towns, familiar faces, and community mean everything to me 🫶🏼

If you know me, you know I’m either at the coffee shop, in my treatment room, or spending time with family. I’ve always loved connecting with people, which is a big part of why I fell in love with both coffee and esthetics.

For the past two years, I’ve helped grow our little coffee shop, and it will always have my heart. There’s just something about early mornings, good coffee, and catching up with everyone that I’ll never get tired of ☕️

But esthetics is where I really get to slow things down and be creative. I love helping people feel confident in their natural beauty, enhancing what’s already there, and giving my clients a space where they can relax, reset, and feel like their best selves ✨

I went to school in Anchorage at the Academy of Hair Design for four months, and just five months later, I took a leap and opened my own space (still feels a little surreal!).

It’s now been a month since opening, and I’ve loved every second—my clients, my space, and everything I’m building. I’m so grateful for the support and for everyone who’s trusted me so far✨
