Dualistic Therapy

Over this past year - I’ve been working towards obtaining my certification to become an Integrative Health Coach with a focus in Mental Health. Today is the day I am officially certified 😌

Many of you know I became a mother 2 months ago, and as of now she is my priority at the moment. But once I am able and ready, I’ll be working towards putting this certification and everything I’ve learned into use! Stay tuned 📺

Dear clients,

Emails were sent out already, but for those who are not yet informed November will be my last month massaging for a little while. I have an opportunity to redirect my focus and rearrange a few of my priorities. This decision is not permanent, but I will definitely be hanging up my massage belt for a decent amount of time. In the meanwhile, I will be directing more of my energy into the Mental Health Coaching certification I have been working towards. When I return to my massage practice , I will have developed specialized skills and knowledge that contribute to healing not just the physical body, but the mind and the spirit as well. Eventually massage will become more of an integrative part of my practice rather than a main treatment plan.
I look forward to growing and evolving as a professional and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to serve you all for as long as I have! Make sure to book for the remainder of this month!

let’s begin by trusting that the universe is preparing us for something g r e a t e r than our hearts can currently comprehend. It’s time to allow for the removal of anything that no longer suits our purpose or our path, and make space for celestial certainties. ☽☀︎︎♡︎
