I’m excited to have my own space to enjoy this work I love so much. This has been just a dream on the horizon for years now, it feels completely unreal that it is coming into fruition.
Also, YES! I am still at Relax Lab from 9a-2p Tuesdays- Thursdays. I still love, honor, highly respect, and hold in high regard RL! I will keep everyone posted as my schedule changes.

Grateful to have had full books at the Lab of Relaxation this week.
I just want to say thank you to my clients. You guys don’t have a clue how much yall are on my mind, how much I think and pray about how to serve your specific pains and concerns.
Being your massage therapist has brought me so much joy and given me a great sense of purpose when I really needed those things!
In case you have not noticed, our booking process has changed since July 1st. This is requiring all clients to have to fill out their intake forms again before session- and a different booking experience online.

And I am only available to book at Relax Lab- not Relax Lab Family.

I SUPER enjoyed today’s lymphatic drainage massage CEU! I will be incorporating a lot of what I learned today into my massages. I am so grateful to have taken this class!
I’m not going to lie, I thought lymphatic work was boring until today! My mind has been changed. 😆🥰 And Sarah Hurley is a wonderful instructor and teacher! Thank you!
