Concierge hatha, restorative, yin yoga, yoga Nidra, essential oils, crystal bowls. Private and smal
I have created this start-up business in the hopes to help people heal themselves naturally from all of the emotional and physical trauma that we all have encountered and allowed to pile up. I offer "in-home" hatha and yoga classes, supplying all the necessary props for class such as yoga blocks, straps, and blankets. I am a wellness professional who has received training in treating those with Post Traumatic Stress. I incorporate the use of essential oils in the yoga classes and am also a certified aromatherapist. I specialize in creating personal oil blends to promote overall wellness.

Game changer. Picked this up at Lowes yesterday. Super light and easy. Saves my back. Only here two days but needed it already.

Local peeps, please join me next Saturday for a lovely, relaxing workshop. Yoga, meditation and sound bath. Cash is preferred. Bring your own props if you have any as I am expecting a good group. I recommend yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Some will be provided. 🙏
