820 FIFTH

Sometimes the better cup just needs a little room to breathe.

If you’re ready to sip intentionally, Coconut Chai brings together bold black tea and warm spices for a cozy, flavorful steep.

✨ Cultivating Intentional Wellness one sip at a time.
🌿 Sip well. Live well.

Today at Standing on Business 3.0 was such a great experience! 🤎🍵

I met so many amazing people—including fellow tea enthusiasts who reminded me that I’m definitely not alone in my love for a good cup of tea!

Loose leaf tea may be a niche market, but today was another reminder that there is a community of people looking for intentional, natural teas that can become part of their wellness journey.

That’s exactly why I created 820 FIFTH—to make intentional wellness feel approachable, flavorful, and worth slowing down for.

Great conversations. Great connections. Great tea people. ☕️🤎

Today was a GOOD day!

See you Saturday!!

I want to clarify something from today’s conversation to make sure I’m sharing accurate information. I misspoke regarding licorice root—it has been known to raise blood pressure, not lower it. I had a little “brain fart” moment—blame the head, not the heart! 😂

Integrity matters to me, and part of that is making sure I correct myself when needed and give you information that is as accurate and responsible as possible.

My goal is always to inform and encourage intentional wellness.

Tune in Monday morning 8am!

I don't know what these East Texas winds just blew in, but this hot cup of Let's Be Clear is about to get me right! 🫖
