Revival Massage & Wellness LLC

All right, I think it's time to rip open that throat chakra, get a little vulnerable and stop dancing around a topic I've been avoiding for a little bit.

Jumping into Business Policies and Cancellations/Cancellation Fees.

It's a double-edged sword if you ask me. And in a perfect world would absolutely not be needed, but unfortunately it is an aspect of the business; any business really that is a requirement.
As an empathetic person, this is certainly not an easy topic or conversation to have with people that you truly care about. This work is beyond rewarding and having people trust in you so much, I cannot express enough how grateful I am about that.

If you're willing please listen to the whole thing as it is a good discussion and one that we should be able to comfortably talk about. 🤍

Service providers I'm curious. Let's start this conversation and go a little bit deeper. What other aspects of your business are there things that you've had to implement that aren't your favorite but are necessary to keep running? Please share.

Love when I can get creative in a flow 🌊

Added in a mini pilates ball for gentle traction and cervical spine decompression.

A pilates ball isn't just for your core! 😘

Little updates on my Revival Factor App 🐦‍🔥✨

After a much needed hiatus and an extended season of hibernation, I’m finally ready to re-emerge. My creative process is flowing again, my mind is feeling inspired, and I’m excited for what’s to come. ✨

A little reminder to always be kind to yourself and honor what YOU need in order to show up as your best self. Sometimes that means slowing down, stepping away, resting, and allowing yourself the space to simply be.

Because when we take care of ourselves, we create more capacity to show up fully for the people and things we love. 🤍

And with that… I’m excited to share that my Revival Factor App is now officially FREE! 🐦‍🔥
(Link in bio to browse and download the app)

You can browse through the practices, explore the information, and return to it whenever you feel called. This work and this information are powerful, and I want as many people as possible to have access to these holistic embodiment practices.

There is SO much more coming — I promise. ✨

In the meantime, please feel free to share the app with your loved ones, friends, or anyone you feel could benefit from these practices and a little more connection to their own body, mind, and spirit.

Thank you for being here and allowing me to create, grow, pause, and re-emerge in my own time and in my own way. 🐦‍🔥

Much love,
Xoxo

Softness is not weakness, it is strength in its purest form, wrapped in grace and rooted in resilience. It is the quiet power of a heart that refuses to harden. ✨

It's "Trust"!!

It's a huge honor that you trust and confine into me some of your most deepest, vulnerable feelings and thoughts.

We are all human and just trying to survive on this floating space rock. Life is crazy and unexpected at most and we need people we trust that can support and give an ear.

Know I'm here for you! It's never just a massage. 🤍

Elevated Offerings 🐦‍🔥

You've asked and I've listened 👂🏼

This allows you to still receive the full 60 minutes of face, scalp, neck and shoulder work you've come to love but now with an additional 30 minutes of focus bodywork that's customized to you.

My original 60 minute offering is still available for those who prefer that.
