This is called pinpoint bleeding, and it can happen when thick, deeply rooted hairs are removed directly from the follicle—especially during your first Brazilian wax
✨ It does not usually mean your skin was damaged
✨ It commonly stops within a few seconds
✨ It often decreases as you wax consistently and the hair grows back finer

After your wax, avoid sweating, hot baths, saunas, tight clothing and friction for 24 hours. If bleeding continues or you experience unusual pain or irritation, please let your waxer know.

Here’s my simple three-step smooth-skin routine:

1️⃣ Exfoliate with Zandi Land Deck Scrub
2️⃣ Target problem areas with Lady Peng Agent 88
3️⃣ Hydrate with Skin Script Light Aloe Moisturizer

Begin exfoliation around 48 hours after your wax, once the skin has calmed, and follow the directions provided for each product.

🍒 WAXING 101: WHAT TO DO—AND NOT DO—BEFORE YOUR WAX

A little preparation can make your appointment more comfortable and help you get the smoothest results! ✨

✅ DO:

• Let your hair grow to about ¼ inch—roughly the length of a grain of rice
• Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment
• Arrive freshly showered with clean, dry skin
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Let your wax specialist know about medications, skin treatments or sensitivities
• Relax—first-time Waxinistas are always welcome!

❌ DON’T:

• Shave, trim too short or tweeze between appointments
• Apply lotion, oils or deodorant to the area before your wax
• Exfoliate the same day as your appointment
• Arrive with sunburned, irritated or broken skin
• Drink excessive caffeine or alcohol beforehand—they may make you feel more sensitive
• Feel embarrassed—your body is completely normal and there is absolutely no judgment here 💗
