After talking about dry vs. dehydrated skin, I thought this was the perfect product to share.

I really love this moisturizer because it does a little bit of everything without being too much.

It’s creamy and hydrating, but doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. The niacinamide helps support the skin barrier and improve the look of uneven tone, and bakuchiol gives you some of those smoothing, healthy-aging benefits we love without using a traditional retinoid.

This is one I especially like for someone who wants to start doing a little more for fine lines and texture, but either isn’t ready for retinol or just wants a gentler option.

Just a really nice, well-rounded moisturizer that leaves your skin feeling soft, hydrated and happy.

Let’s Talk Skin: Dehydrated Skin

Think dehydrated skin means dry skin? Not necessarily!

Dry skin lacks oil. Dehydrated skin lacks water. And here’s the kicker—your skin can actually be oily AND dehydrated at the same time.

Dehydrated skin may look or feel:
✨ Tight, especially after cleansing
✨ Dull or less plump
✨ More noticeable fine lines
✨ Rough or uneven in texture
✨ Oily in some areas but still somehow “thirsty”

Things like weather, over-exfoliating, harsh cleansers, hot water and not supporting your skin barrier can all contribute.

The goal isn’t always a heavier moisturizer—it’s helping your skin hold onto hydration and keeping that barrier happy.

Because sometimes your skin isn’t asking for more oil…it’s asking for a drink.
