Southwest Sound Healing

🤗 Sunday… Rest and Restore 💛

My heart is completely FULL after our successful Southwest Sound Healing open house at Wellness at 528 Hz!

Thank you to everyone who came, helped, shared their talents, and filled our space with love and good energy.
What a beautiful beginning! 😍🙏🏼☀️

Today, I’m taking a little of my own advice …
slow down, breathe deeply, and make room to rest.

You don’t have to earn a quiet moment.
Give yourself permission to receive one. 🌿

Coming Next we Host
