Nature's Spa

“I’d rather attempt to do something great and fail than to attempt to do nothing and succeed.” Robert Schullet

For World Mental Health Day, we want to give you a few reminders to stay easy, breezy.

1) We see shoulders for earrings on a daily basis. Take this time to release them and send your shoulders back to where they belong. 🙂‍↕️

2) Unspoken words and anxiety can lead to tension patterns where we hold our jaws tightly together. Like an unclenched fist, an unclenched jaw is the beginning to peace.

3) We often forget to breathe. Breath is the first medicine to our body. It supplies us with the oxygen we need to function. Take a few deep breaths today.

This is the time to protect your peace.

Keep calm, massage on. Not everything you encounter requires your time or energy. Stay calm, and let us help you recharge.

In case you were wondering, here's when you can come visit us.

Here many of our clients and loved ones have fought the fight and won. We congratulate you, and support all those still in theirs.

Fight like a woman. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. We understand the bravery it takes to face breast cancer and stand up.

Everyone is a fruit that starts as a seed. We shed the old, to be made beautiful.
