Pickleball Night at Meet Me Monday!

Join us for Pickleball tonight at Meet Me Monday, sponsored by Tucson Orthopaedic Institute and Long Realty Cares Foundation.

When: Tonight! October 12th!
Time: 4:30 - 6:30pm
Where: Corbett’s - 340 N 6th Ave

✅ Pickleball lessons will begin at 4:30. Sign-ups for lesson is first come first served. If you already know how to play, jump on a court beginning at 4:30.
✅ If you want to go on the walk at 5:30 PM, we recommend coming for play/instruction during that first hour (4:30-5:30)
✅ If you are not walking tonight, then we recommend coming for play during that time (5:30-6:30).
✅ Free parking in the lot south of Corbett’s. You’ll receive a ticket when you enter the lot which Corbett’s will validate if needed.
✅ Be sure to stay for the raffle and awards at 6:30 sharp to win prizes.

Each month Beyond Tucson leads a hike in the Tucson area. This summer we’ve been heading up to Mt Lemmon for cooler temps and we’ll be doing that again this Saturday.

On Saturday, September 12th, we’ll hike the Sunset Trail beginning at 8am.
We’ll begin our hike from the new large parking lot in Summerhaven as Marshall Gulch Trailhead is closed to vehicles.

It’s an out and back hike so if 7ish miles is a bit long, hikers can turn around when they wish or have a snack in the shade and wait for the group to come back through.

Happy Monday!! We’ve absolutely LOVED being at Westbound and the MSA Annex each Monday this summer. This is our final night there as we’ll head over to Corbett’s on September 7th. July Hike Update - due to reconstruction of the Marshall Gulch picnic area and trailhead, we’ll be hike the Box Camp Trail on July 11th at 8am. This is an out and back trail and we’ll hike to at least 1.5 miles out. It’s a beautiful hike and we’ll hope you’ll join us. Join Beyond for a hike in the pines! Each month Beyond hosts a FREE community hike. On Saturday, July 11th, we’ll head up to Mt Lemmon and hike the Marshall Gulch and Aspen Trail. Hike is approximately 4 miles with an elevation gain of 850ft. Please email Rane at [email protected] for more information or to RSVP. We hope you’ll join us!

Nonprofit BEYOND teaches Tucsonans to beat the heat As Tucson summers grow hotter and air quality worsens, nonprofit BEYOND is teaching people how to stay active outdoors safely through hydration, evaporative cooling and heat adaptation education.

What a night! Meet Me Monday #900 was a celebration of everything that makes this community special.

Beyond Tucson founder Ross was thrilled to welcome MMM founders Jannie, Dave, and Randy back to celebrate this milestone, along with Julia from TMC health, who support helps make Meet Me Monday possible.

Athletes who have been walking with Meet Me Monday for years gathered for a special photo, reminding us that this event is about so much more than miles, it’s about people, friendships, and showing up week after week.

With popsicles in hand, music from The Southern Comfort Band filling the air, and plenty of laughs during trivia, the evening felt like the perfect celebration of a community that moves together, connects, and continues to show up every Monday night.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of these first 900 walks! Here’s to more Mondays together! Come out and join us every Monday!
