Through reflection, healthy boundaries, and a guided ancestral journey, we’ll make space for healing, insight, and deeper connection.

A gentle, intentional 30-minute ritual created to invite rest, grounding, and connection with your sacred feminine space. Each session includes a custom herbal blend selected to support your moment of self-care, plus a complimentary hot tea of the month. ✨

Herbs in our blends:

🌾 Oatstraw
A deeply nourishing herb traditionally used as a gentle nervine. Oatstraw supports the nervous system and may be especially comforting during seasons of stress, depletion, and emotional overwhelm.

🌿 Motherwort
Known as the “mother’s herb,” motherwort has been traditionally used to offer comfort around menstrual cycles and the menopausal transition. Its grounding energy is often cherished during moments of tension, restlessness, or emotional tenderness.

🍃 Raspberry Leaf
Traditionally loved for menstrual and uterine wellness, raspberry leaf is rich in nutrients and often used as a supportive reproductive tonic. It has also been used traditionally to support overall male reproductive wellness.

🌱 Nettle Leaf
A mineral-rich, nourishing plant that brings a sense of replenishment and renewal. In a pelvic steam ritual, nettle is selected for its gentle, supportive presence.

🌙 Mugwort
