Be sure to get an up to date blood panel.
Most common nutritional deficiencies include iron, vitamin D, B vitamins (especially B12 and biotin), and zinc!
Avoid product hopping!
Be consistent using haircare with the adequate ingredients.
Trim your ends!!!
Split ends are essential damaged hair. It is meant to be removed as new hair grows.
