What is Manual Lymph Drainage?

Your lymphatic system plays an important role in fluid balance and immune function. Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized hands-on technique designed to support the movement of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system.

At Me Time LLC, MLD is part of our Whole Person Wellness approach—recognizing that caring for your body can take many forms.

MLD may be appropriate for people experiencing conditions such as lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, lipolymphedema, or those recovering from certain surgeries.

Our goal is thoughtful, individualized care—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
