Just a little reminder that even your esthetician has breakouts! I’ve really been slacking on my routine lately & have just stressed myself out over various things, BUT even when I’m not stressed & doing great with my routine, it still happens sometimes & that’s COMPLETELY NORMAL & OKAY. It doesn’t mean your skincare stopped working (most of the time). It means YOU’RE HUMAN!! Life gets busy, it changes & hormones change too, you pick at your skin, you slack in your routine, you tried something new, you used a product or ate something that’s triggering for your skin, etc. They all play a HUGE role in what your skin looks like. Sometimes you do all the right things & breakouts still happen🫶
Here’s to a week of getting back on track, taking care of yourself, giving yourself grace, & loving yourself despite not feeling like the best version of you🤍
