Your body can feel like home 🏠💕
Mobile massage therapy for Multnomah County. Specializing in painless deep tissue, cupping, and trigger point therapy.
Also available for chair massage at events, workplaces, and more! I provide mobile massage therapy in Portland and Gresham, specializing in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and cupping. My goal is to find the perfect pressure—deep enough to reset your muscles but never so intense that it’s painful. I blend an evidence-based approach with intuition, tailoring each session to what your body needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, pain, or just need a reset, I help you move better and feel better. Massage is in my blood—I’m a second-generation therapist, and I was in my mom’s belly when she was in massage school 30 years ago. With nearly a decade of experience myself (LMT #25051), I know how to work with your body, not against it. Imagine waking up from a good night's sleep free from tension and discomfort. Moving through your day feeling lighter, looser, and more like yourself. I create a safe, welcoming space for every body—no judgment, just real relief. If you're ready to reset, I’d love to work with you.

Found a jaw-dropping deal on Amazon and now I have 450 N95 masks 😤😎 what am I gonna do with all these???
Wear them. Give them away. Swim in them. 🏊♀️
Flu season is approaching and don’t get me started on back to school. If you want a few (or 20) hit me up!!!
I work with so many immunocompromised individuals and I never know what I’m exposed to, so during a massage I often mask up by default. That doesn’t mean you have to as well! I do it to protect you from me.
I found the 3M Aura N95 to be an excellent fit. $53 on Amazon and they are indeed legit.

NOT at the Gresham Farmers Market today 😢 Was planning on it but my beloved grandmother is undergoing emergency surgery.
If you’re a thoughts and prayers person, she could use all the healing vibes she can get.

Kids are naturally so curious about bodies. Makes sense—they’re new to having one. But something that’s surprised me over the years of doing chair massage at markets is how curious kids are about massage.
“What’s that? Tattoos? Face paint?”
“Mom! You need a massage!”
“Dad, I need a massage!”
“What’s massage???”
*stares at me while their family is at a nearby booth*
👁️ 👄 👁️
Usually their grown ups drag them along without stopping. Makes me kinda sad. I want to explain! I want to teach them about breathing, show them how to listen to their bodies, model consent and healthy touch. I want to invite them to hang out in my booth and look at my anatomy books.
The times when their caregivers feed their curiosity make my heart so happy. There have been a few vendor’s kids I got to work with (precious! fun! an honor!!!). There was one time where a pr***en boy asked if he could give his mom a massage (yes!!! I’ll show you!). And of course I keep this book around for kids to look at while their grandma/grandpa/aunt/uncle/brother/sister/mom/dad is on the chair.
But they always just end up watching me work.
(Pic is of my 2 year old. She loves to give massage to people and toys! 🥹 She will rub her hand on them and say “massage, massage”)
Rain or shine ☔️ ☀️
This is actually last year’s setup. I’ve made some minor tweaks and improvements since then for an even better experience ☺️
And of course there is always more to change. What would you add to this rainy day booth?
This Saturday! (Every Saturday!) Find me at the Original Gresham Farmers Market!
8:30 am - 2 pm
Mornings are slow so come get a free 5 minutes before 10 cuz I come here to do massage, not putter around my booth. 😂
I love the rain but I don’t love being cold! Come get cozy with me at the this Saturday.
I’ll wrap you up in a fluffy blanket and give you complimentary hot packs to keep your hands warm while you sit on the massage chair (no need to remove your coat or jacket). Then let my hot hands melt your pain away! 🔥 💆♀️
After the massage, take the hot packs with you to keep you toasty while you shop the rest of the market.
Welcome to my semi-annual laundry spa day 🧖♀️
Thank you to r/laundry for teaching me the right way to wash!
