Yoga in the Vines is a one-hour al fresco yoga practice set in northern Michigan vineyards, followed by w**e tasting. Too much tech makes us crabby. Salut!
The antidote? Unwinding in the fresh air as you gaze over vineyards and crystal clear water. That's the idea behind Yoga in the Vines in Traverse City. After your al fresco class at one of our three incredible w**eries, enjoy flights of w**e and little bites while you soak in the sun. The views, the people, and the w**es are sublime. Bring a friend or loved one. (We love mature 'tweens and teens! Yoga only of course.) And namaste.

If you know me, you know how much I love Dave Matthews Band. When I first started listening to DMB in 1993, many of those songs became a part of my life through meeting Jim, getting married, having kids, and watching those kids become adults. Tonight I got to bring one of the two to the Denver show. It was such an honor to be in the pit for the first time and even better getting invited to stand at the rail. At the end was the cherry on top when Dave took a selfie with the group of us. Anyways, this was a night of all nights and I just can’t wait for all the shows and good, good times to come. William you are next!
