It’s time for rescheduling to start and I also have some big news to share!!! 🎉

I will be getting back to the clients who have already paid in full for their appointments and have waited weeks to get back on the schedule first and then I will be prioritizing anyone who has already paid deposits once those fully paid clients are on the schedule. Once all clients who have paid in full or already have deposits down get on the schedule I will then open my books back up to everyone next week!! 😊

Thank you ladies for all of your patience and support throughout this whole mess! Sometimes certain things have to fall apart so better things can fall into place and I can’t wait to share this big news with you all very very soon!🤍

** I will plan to get back to my clients who have already paid in full by tonight to get them on the books, then my paid deposit clients by tomorrow!!

I forgot to add to my last post: anyone needing just extension move-ups (no color or washing hair) I can fit you in at the end of this week and will message you details on where those appointments will take place. 😊

Hello ladies!!

I did not get back to messages last week as I’ve been working out some final details on the salon situation. I think the plan is that I will be opening again next week if all goes as planned. You all will definitely hear from me this week to get rescheduled! 🥳

Excited to see you all again!!🫶🏻

A little update for all of my amazing clients 🤍

I’ll be checking in, responding to messages, and updating everyone this week as I get a better idea of where things currently stand. There has been quite a bit for my attorney to review, but I’m hoping to hear back from him soon. As soon as I have more information that I’m able to share, you all will know!

I hate not having more answers right now, especially after everything has already taken longer than I ever expected. I’m so ready to get back behind the chair and see all of you again.

My goal is to hopefully begin taking clients again starting next week 🤞🏼 Whether that means temporarily offering house calls, working out of another location, or another short-term option while the final details with my current space are being worked through, I am doing everything I can to get back to work as quickly as possible.

I haven’t been able to work full-time since April, and saying that I’m ready to have my business back in full swing is an understatement. I miss doing hair, I miss my clients, and I miss the normalcy of being behind the chair every day.

Thank you so much to everyone who has continued to check on me, support my business, and be patient throughout this entire process. It truly means more than you know. 🤍

I promise, I will be back — and hopefully very soon.

Sometimes the most unexpected detours end up leading you somewhere even better. This season has definitely tested me, but it has also pushed me to think bigger and prepare for some really exciting possibilities ahead. ✨

I can’t wait to see you all again. 🤍

IMPORTANT BUSINESS UPDATE: Bliss 26 Salon is NOT closing.

I recently learned that my landlord publicly listed my currently leased salon space for rent on Facebook Marketplace as “soon to be available.” Because clients may see or hear about this listing, I want to make it completely clear that I did not authorize the space to be advertised as available, I have not surrendered possession, and I have not made any decision to close Bliss 26 Salon.

I signed a four-year lease and addendum for this space earlier this year. Unfortunately, plumbing and other building-related issues have affected the salon’s full operability since I began attempting to work there in April. Despite months of repeated communication and efforts to have these matters resolved, significant issues remain.

My intention in seeking legal counsel was to have the lease, signed addendum, maintenance responsibilities, disputed expenses, and supporting documentation professionally reviewed. I hoped this would clarify who is responsible for what, allow the remaining problems to be corrected promptly, and help ensure the salon could operate smoothly and successfully throughout the remainder of the lease.

Instead, while that attorney review is underway, I discovered that the salon was publicly advertised to prospective tenants without any prior conversation with me. The listing includes photographs from inside the salon showing my personal furnishings, equipment, décor, and the custom salon environment I spent months designing and creating for Bliss 26.

I am shocked and heartbroken by this development. Designing and opening my own salon should have been one of the most exciting moments of my career. Instead, the prolonged building issues and now the public marketing of my salon space have created additional confusion, disruption, and harm to my business.

Please know that I am not abandoning my business or my clients. Bliss 26 Salon has not announced a closure, and the Marketplace listing was not posted or authorized by me. I am working with legal counsel to determine the appropriate next steps and to protect my business, my clients, and the future of the salon.

I will personally communicate any updates that affect appointments or the operation of my business. Unless you hear an update directly from me through my official business page, please do not assume that an outside listing or statement represents the status of Bliss 26 Salon.

Thank you to every client who has supported me, trusted me, and continued to show me kindness throughout this incredibly difficult situation. It means more to me than you know. 🤍

CLIENT UPDATE 🤍

I wanted to give everyone a quick update since I know many of you have been reaching out about appointments and rescheduling.

At this time, I am still unable to work from the salon and have had to cancel appointments while I prepare everything for legal review. I have spent the last several days organizing 100+ pages of documentation covering nearly 10 months of issues, including the lease and addendum, repairs, billing discrepancies, communication, and other concerns that need to be reviewed by my attorney.

Unfortunately, the situation with my landlord has also become increasingly difficult, with continued demands and pressure while I am trying to get everything properly reviewed. After spending almost 5 months trying to get ongoing issues addressed, I am now being told that having my attorney review everything is a “delay tactic” and that we have until August 31 to do so.

Right now, my focus has to be on getting everything reviewed correctly and determining what needs to be repaired, clarified, or corrected before I can safely move forward with business as usual.

Because of the amount of time this is taking, I am temporarily stepping away from client messages and rescheduling until I have clear answers. I am not ignoring anyone, and I truly appreciate your patience while I work through this.

As soon as I know when and where I can resume working, I will update everyone at once.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support. 🤍

💕 Important Scheduling Update:

Hi everyone! I wanted to give my clients a quick update regarding scheduling over the next couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, I am currently dealing with some unexpected issues involving my salon space, including plumbing/building matters that need to be fully resolved before I feel comfortable continuing normal salon operations.

Because there are also some matters regarding the space that are currently being reviewed, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily turn off online booking and pause scheduling new appointments until I have a clear resolution and know exactly how I will be moving forward.

For anyone who currently has an appointment scheduled, I will be reaching out individually as needed regarding your appointment. Please know that I absolutely hate having to inconvenience or reschedule anyone, and this is not a decision I made lightly. I know how much you plan around your hair appointments, and I genuinely appreciate your patience with me while I navigate something that was completely unexpected.

My biggest priority is making sure that when I am accepting appointments, I have a safe, reliable and fully functioning space where I can provide the level of service you expect from me. I don’t want to continue booking appointments when I cannot confidently guarantee that right now.

I am working as quickly as I can to get everything reviewed and resolved so I can determine the best path forward for both myself and Bliss 26. As soon as I have clarity, online booking will reopen and my clients will be the first to know. 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who has been patient, understanding and supportive. I truly appreciate you more than you know, and I cannot wait to get back behind the chair without all of these unexpected interruptions. 💕

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to reach out on here to let everyone know my app has been down for booking but I received an email that it is back up and running again! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I was unfortunately unable to use the app for the last several days and just saw that I received messages from clients saying they couldn’t book through the link either but from my email it says it is up again! If you are still having issues send me another message and I’ll get you on the books.

With not having access to my app I was unable to see my schedule, approve appointments, message clients, access client profiles, check clients out at the end of their services, etc. 😭

Any client who reached out saying they got a notification stating “appointment expired” will automatically receive their deposits back since the appointment was not approved on my end. If you would like to reschedule those appointments I will be accepting those now that I have access again. 😊

As for the people who had to get rescheduled due to the plumbing issues at the salon😩… I apologize again for the inconvenience and was planning to have everyone back on the schedule before school starts. Unfortunately, they stalled on fixing it so I will be refunding all deposits on those appointments by the end of the day today and sincerely apologize again. 🫶🏻

I will be out of office until August 5th and will not be checking/responding to messages until then. I have received a lot of messages/requests this week so I wanted to make a quick post to update you all. :)
