After much thought and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to reduce my schedule as I return from maternity leave.

My new hours will be • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 9am–2pm • Thursday: Off • Friday: 9am-330pm, Saturday: 9am–2pm • Sunday: Off

I know this change may not work for everyone, and that was one of the hardest parts of making this decision. I deeply value the relationships I've built behind the chair and would hate to lose any of you. However, I completely understand that you need to do what's best for your schedule, and I am so grateful for the trust and support you've shown me over the years. While this wasn't an easy decision, it allows me to be more present for my family while continuing to do the work I love.

The moment I heard your cry from that OR table everything changed. After all the waiting, all the wondering, all the heartbreak that came before you… there you were. And suddenly, every hard moment made sense. I'll never forget the moment Michelle laid you by my face for the very first time. In that second, the whole world stopped. I looked at you in complete disbelief. A love so deep it hurt. The kind of love that makes time stand still for a second. And looking over at my husband becoming a father in the very same moment will forever be one of the most beautiful memories of my life. People say "just wait" when it comes to motherhood the sleepless nights, the hard days, the changes, the sacrifices. But what they don't understand is... I did wait. I waited for YOU. So I will hold you a little longer. Rock you a little slower. Memorize every cry, every stretch, every tiny little expression on your face. The way your tiny hands hold onto me while I feed you. The way you nuzzle your sweet face into my neck, chest, and arms like that's the safest place in the world. The way you peek at me with one little eye open before falling back asleep. And watching your daddy hold you with so much love and gentleness somehow makes my heart grow even more. Because there was a time I didn't know if I would ever get this moment. And in a world already filled with so much noise, fear, opinions, and unnecessary remarks, unsolicited advice will never be welcome here. This journey, this baby, this love is sacred to me. My beautiful girl, you were worth every tear, every prayer, every scar, every second of waiting.
And just like that… you made us parents.

This baby is already surrounded by so much love, not just from us, but from an entire community that has lifted us up along the way. My maternity leave will officially begin in early May as we prepare to welcome this beautiful new season of life. I want to make sure you're all taken care of before I step away. April is almost fully booked and I have very limited availability left so if you've been thinking about scheduling now is the time. I would truly love to see you before I go on leave 🤍 While I'm away I highly recommend booking with Carmen. She will be doing her best to accommodate both her clients and mine so please schedule in advance. I trust her completely to keep you looking and feeling your best. She's also in the same building, just upstairs in Room 236. Her contact information will be available in my highlights for easy access.

I still can't believe I get to carry you my sweet baby. After everything it took to get here. There are still quiet moments where I place my hands on my belly and just sit in disbelief that you're really here with me. That you're growing inside of me. Every little kick, every tiny movement, even the most random pregnancy symptom stops me in my tracks and reminds me that you are real. In those moments I just sit there soaking it all in overwhelmed with a kind of love and gratitude I don't even know how to put into words. This journey to you was not an easy one. There were moments of waiting, moments of praying, and moments where the road felt so heavy. But even in the hardest days, I kept holding onto faith and trusting that God had a plan far bigger than anything I could see at the time. And now feeling you grow inside of me I know with my whole heart that every single moment of that journey was worth it. Every tear, every hard day, every moment that felt impossible somehow led me to you. And if I had to walk that same road all over again just to get to you, I would do it without hesitation. My sweet baby, you are already so deeply loved, so fiercely wanted, and so unbelievably precious to us. You are our miracle, and one of the greatest blessings God has ever placed in our lives. I will never take for granted the gift of carrying you. Watching my body change as it makes a home for you has changed the way I see myself. This body that once felt ordinary is now creating life, protecting you, nurturing you, and holding you safely until the day I finally get to meet you. And I will embrace every change, every stretch, every moment with gratitude because it means you are healthy and growing. My heart has never felt so full.
