Appreciation post for my girl. 🤍

Some people are lucky enough to find an incredible assistant. I got so much more than that.

Natalie is my right-hand girl, my number two, my biggest supporter, and one of my very best friends. She keeps me organized, picks up the pieces when things get hectic, makes every wedding day better, and somehow always knows exactly what I need before I even ask.

There is no way I could do half of what I do without her. Amber Glow is what it is because of the people behind it, and Natalie has been a huge part of building this dream with me.

I’m so excited for her to transition into her new role as salon manager when the studio officially opens!

Thank you for showing up every single day with your whole heart. I’m beyond grateful for you, and I hope you know how appreciated and loved you are. 🫶✨
