All smoothies will be made from fresh vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, and vitamin powders. Because God has made you unique, every smoothie that is prepared has been infused with not only vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, and micronutrients, but our 4 H’s- Healing, Hope, Happiness, and Health are blended as well to help with your specific needs. Alexandria is a wife and mom of twins,- Ziya and Zion. She is very passionate about smoothies because of how it personally changed her life to help alleviate symptoms of PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), including infertility. Her purpose is helping people not suffer in silence, but finding a hope to their problem.
